Excellent to be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, with the ‘mosca’ (a fly, a coffee bean in the glass) or in the ‘caffè corretto’. We also suggest to try it in the ‘rasentin’, a pleasant ritual that consists of rinsing the coffee cup (‘rasentare’ in Venetian language) with a dash of Sambuca after having a good espresso.
