Murgo Tenuta San Michele Etna Rosso 75cl

This wine is obtained from the best batches of Nerello Mascalese which have been selected for the perfect polyphenolic maturation. The long maceration at low temperature allows a complete extraction of the components creating a wine in which the true potential of these particular grapes and of the Etna terroir are enhanced.
The particular elegance of the tannins combined with a remarkable concentration determines a great sensorial complexity in which the mineral taste of the black sands of the volcano is highlighted in a very fine way. Alongside these characteristics, spicy notes are perceived that combine in a very pleasant way with the fruitiness of the grapes and traces of vanilla and toasted hazelnuts are felt in the aftertaste.
