Saten is the most delicate and elegant Franciacorta, produced only in the best years from Chardonnay grapes grown in high hill vineyards. The meticulous selection of bunches and slow maturation in small white oak barrels create a refined cuv?e, aged for at least 4 years. Its abundant foam, fine perlage, and golden straw color reveal enchanting aromas of pink flowers, ripe citrus, and hazelnuts.
