The Les Cepages Pinot Noir IGP Pays d ‘Oc by Baron Philippe de Rothschild is presented in a glass of beautiful ruby red colour. On the nose, fruity aromas of forest strawberries, raspberry and cherry dominate, which, if the wine has had a little more oxygen contact before drinking, are complemented by nuances of vanilla and roasted aromas. On the palate, this fruity fullness continues, emphasizing the taste of red fruits. Gentle and soft tannins, typical of this grape variety in its best expression, underline the harmonious palate. The full-bodied, round finish is again characterized by vanilla notes.
